Rest In Peace Ralph McQuarrie

Ralph McQuarrie passed away last weekend. Needless to say the impact he had on artists from his generation and onward. We will all, whether we know it or not, continue to draw inspiration from his incredible vision.

Rest of the cards

Here are the rest of the cards for sale. Once again you can find these cards on scoundrel

First batch up for sale

Hey everyone

Time to sell those return cards. Heres the first batch. You can find them on scoundrel publishing

I was commisioned to do a piece by a coworker. After seeing the life of Yoda ther had to be a life of Palpatine. I most proud of the awesome frame I found. I didnt feel right asking for money so for this work of art i asked for a GIANT CHOCOLATE CAKE. A cake that would guarantee a diabetic coma. She certainly delivered.

Life of Yoda

Once again I had the chance to submit a little piece to the lucasfilm auction. This year I went with a life of Yoda concept. It was fun to do and it was nice to use my marker and pen set again.

STAR WARS TOPPS CARDS

So I just finished a set of sketch cards that the artists and I at lucasfilm do every year. It was nice doing something with markers and pens again.

THE COURIER

So my best friend Chris Madden. A guy ive known since we were nerding it hard core in our dorm room back in UW has finally released his comic "The Courier". Hes a fantastic artist and storyteller which is clear when you pick up his comic published by IDW. He will also be working on the next installment of DANGER GIRL in the coming weeks so look out for that. Here is the interview he did for CBR. http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=34416
